Villamaids will hold the keys to your property and upon request make them available to visiting owners, guests.

Tradesmen and Deliveries are charged at 20 euros per hour or part of hour

​

Lost Keys ...

​Replacement of keys if your guests lose them, or let them back into the property if they lock themselves out. Change of locks if required. 

​

Call out fee of 25 euros plus the cost of replacement keys or locks to be paid by the guest.
